Hello I’m one of your local Real Estate professionals for over a decade here in central Texas and this company has been my worst experience in Lawncare. I’m not sure what it takes to have them show up for their appointment or if we just don’t communicate well. For those friends and colleagues of mine that like this company that they actual show up for, please tell me your secrets! Because I’m obviously missing something. I tried to book this company again yesterday for a mow this morning, I suggested 10am, they insisted in 8:30 am, I said fine, it’s Sunday morning but I will set my alarm to make sure I’m awake for your arrival. Well, it’s now after 10am and they never showed up. So my fellow realtors that have liked and vouched for his business, what’s the deal? You would think they would show up at least to earn more business since I sell houses! I have 3 closings next week that may need Lawncare and many coming soon listings. I tried to hire three different people to help with my land. One told me it couldn't be done, probably assumed I lied when I said it's a big yard. Another paid up front, came took three days to do half, never came back for the rest. the third wanted me to contact the city.. when I reached out to Green turf I honestly didn't have high expectations, at that point any help would have been great.. he showed up, just to do a quote and in 45 minutes he was on his mower, he did the entire back yard was paid and gone. He's no joke, he was very honest humble up front professional and to the point. hardworking and a great work ethic. I also more recently purchased a drop off trailer, he offers very reasonable prices and is flexible to customer needs. &&& it's a local family business, just trying to help make the community a better place.
